At Pathania Travel, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable self-drive car rental experience. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency for our customers.
1. Booking Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
- Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. - Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
The remaining amount will be refunded. - Last-Minute / No Show
If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For payments made via UPI, bank transfer, or wallets, refunds may take slightly longer depending on your provider.
3. Changes to Booking
- Date or Time Change
You may request a change to your booking time or date at least 12 hours before the pickup. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. - Vehicle Change Request
Requests to change the car model may be accepted if available but are not guaranteed.
4. Early Return of Vehicle
If you return the vehicle before the agreed rental period ends, no partial refund will be issued for unused time.
5. Vehicle Issues or Breakdown
- If a mechanical issue occurs not caused by the customer, we will either:
